The "sFAB-D" is an automatic insertion machine that uses the common integrated production system Nexim with FUJI assembly machines, allowing for comprehensive collection of necessary production information. It corrects parts that have poor lead dimensions and are deemed uninsertable through image processing, making them insertable. Parts with poor dimensional accuracy, such as coils and transformers, which have been difficult to handle until now, can be automated.
